1 Introduction
Welcome to Qfunny. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Qfunny website and services. By accessing or using Qfunny you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2 Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Qfunny. Users between 13 and 18 require parental or guardian permission.

3 User Accounts
Registration
You may create an account using email and password or social login (Google, Facebook, Apple). You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

Notify us immediately at support@qfunny.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorised access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
Account termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to other users or the platform. You may delete your account at any time from your Settings page.
4 User Content
Ownership
You retain all rights to the quizzes, questions, images, and other content you create ("User Content"). We do not claim ownership of your content.
Licence to Qfunny
By publishing User Content you grant Qfunny a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and reproduce your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account.
Content you must not upload
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these rules without notice.
5 Acceptable Use
In addition to the content restrictions above, you agree not to:
- Use automated bots, scrapers, or crawlers to access the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks
- Collect personal data of other users without consent
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Use the Service to harass, stalk, or harm other users
6 Intellectual Property
The Qfunny platform, its design, logo, and original code are owned by Qfunny and protected by copyright and intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the platform itself without written permission.
